Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase on 84beings.com, you agree to these terms. By making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

1. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Ninth House Studios LLC does not store or have access to your raw credit card details.

2. Digital Products

What you receive: Purchases of digital items include the specific digital file(s) listed in the product description.

Delivery: Digital items are delivered via an immediate download link on the checkout page and/or via the email address provided at checkout.

Refunds: All digital sales are final. Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not available. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

3. Physical Products (Decks & Apparel)

Decks: All sales of oracle card decks are final.

Apparel & Print-on-Demand: Clothing items are printed to order. Because these items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review the sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Shipping & Risk of Loss: Physical products are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner. Once a product has been handed off to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the buyer. If your tracking shows a package as lost or undelivered, please contact us at hello@84beings.com and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

Damaged or Defective Items: If any physical product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at hello@84beings.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Usage Rights & Intellectual Property

Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, all purchases are for personal use only. You may use the files or products for your own spiritual, creative, study, journaling, altar, or personal design purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense, or claim any files or artwork as your own.
• Use the designs or files in products for sale, client work, logos, branding, apps, websites, books, decks, merchandise, or other commercial projects without prior written permission and a separate commercial license from Ninth House Studios LLC.

5. Modifications (Digital Files)

You may resize, recolor, crop, or adapt digital files for your own personal use. Modified versions remain covered by these terms and may not be sold, shared, or redistributed.

6. Symbolic and Educational Material

Any symbolic, astrological, spiritual, or educational material offered across our site or within our products is for reflection, entertainment, and creative use only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninth House Studios LLC's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. In no event shall Ninth House Studios LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on 84beings.com at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
